At the monthly Library Board meeting Tuesday evening, members of the Kerens Cotton Harvest Festival Committee presented a check to the Kerens Library Board of Directors. After all expenses were paid, the 2019 Cotton Harvest Festival made $16,000 for the Kerens Library.
